About Me

I'm a nomad and a free spirit, or at least I like to think of myself that way.
I'm new to Couchsurfing, so I don't know anyone in the community but I'm hoping to be able to meet many wonderful people and fellow travellers

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people, of course, one of the best things about traveling is to meet new people, now you can always meet fellow travellers in inns and hostels etc. but to meet local people is completely different. It is wonderful to get a feel of a place and to be able to see it from the eyes of people who live there, as a traveler you can only see so much and understand so much about a place, it is only through the eyes of the locals that you can truly experience the place and have a real appreciation for it.

Interests

well, let's see... I'm definitely a foodie, one of the reasons I travel is for good food...... nothing's better than going to a new place and discovering new flavours, is there?
I also love photography probably my main hobby and the one thing I'm dying to get better at, love art, outdoor activities,... culture and architecture

  • arts
  • culture
  • street art
  • photography
  • outdoor activities
  • camping
  • history
  • food
  • hicking
  • canyoning
  • trecking

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not a music person but I do enjoy jazz, and I do enjoy musicals, my favourite movies.... call me a nerd but I'm obsessed with GOT ( haven't read the books yet, I guess I'm waiting for the series to finish first) what else,... the Matrix, the Gladiator, Forest Gump, ........ there have to be more recent movies but I can't think of any
My favorite book has to be the Alchemist, and maybe Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy ( definitely the book not the movie)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer I trekked to the Everest Base Camp, it was by far the most grueling and rewarding experience of my life yet.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not sure what I can teach or share maybe stories?
I'd love to learn as much as possible about your culture and city
