About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Gain knowledge of anything and everything...
ABOUT ME
I'm 23, and currently enrolled in a small state college in downtown Denver. I'm very outgoing and easy going. I can find joy in doing just about anything in this world. I really find joy in other people's happiness. I like to help people in anyway that I possibly can. I love to meet new people any chance that I get.
PHILOSOPHY
Be as nice, generous, and caring as you can possibly afford to be! I'm a HUGE believer in Karma; what goes around comes around. That doesn't necessarily mean that if you donate money to a charity, that you're going to eventually win the lottery. You have to look for the little things and learn to appreciate them. I'm happy in my life... I have a family that loves me, friends that care for me, I'm in fairly good health, and all these things are rewards for leading a generous lifestyle.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have actually been a member of Couch Surfing for about a year now, but I've lived in a small studio apartment for most of that year. I've just recently moved into a house with two other people and now have more than enough room for people to crash! So please let me know if you need a place to stay! I'd love to have you here!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've never hosted or been a guest.(Other than me drunkenly passing out on local friends' couches/floors after a night out at the bars. Or vice versa.) That's why I joined this website though, I would someday love to do both, so let me know if you need a place to stay!
Interests
MUSIC... I love going to live concerts. Any sporting event, going to the bars, hanging out with my friends, snowboarding, taking my dog for walks. I honestly can find joy in just about anything in this world! Most of the time I'm more into doing something active rather than watching a movie/tv, reading, or lounging around; but that doesn't mean that I don't occasionally enjoy these activities. I have never really had the time or money to travel much, but I'm trying my hardest to get that to change. I want to see as much of the world as possible! I love meeting new people all the time and hearing/sharing personal experiences with them.

Music, Movies, and Books
As stated above, I don't really watch too many movies, or read too many books. When I do those things however, I'd say that the movies I prefer are drama. Ones that make you think about your life, and have a message or meaning within them. When I do read, I'd say it's mostly non-fiction. The current book I'm reading is Laurel Canyon. (Actually I have been reading it for about 4 months now! I honestly don't read that much other than the newspaper) It's a great book, and if you're anything of a music lover or historian, than you should really read this book! As far as music goes, I like just about anything. Seriously. It doesn't matter to me. If it has any sort or rhythm or beat to it, then I will probably like it. Obviously there is some that I like better than others, but it's been a while since I've heard something that I truly have no desire to ever hear again.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Amazing is a relative term. Something amazing, that I get to see every day is the Rocky Mountains. I think that some people that have had them outside their window their entire lives, don't always appreciate them. I grew up in Chicago, and have lived in Denver for about 5 years, and every day that I get to see the mountains, I think they're amazing! Besides that, I haven't really traveled much, so there isn't much to be added to this list that a million other people haven't seen!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm currently trying to teach myself Spanish. Any help in that category would be greatly appreciated!
