ABOUT ME

I am a curious person looking for experience and contact with other curious people. I try to have as rounded knowledge as I can, though that often makes me a bit disorganized at times.
I love learning new things, meeting new people, having new experiences, and fulfilling life goals.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is to help others by providing as much aid in as many areas as possible, and to never regard a task as beneath you.
Also, to see the world through the eyes of every person around your life and to live as a servant of all, and to always look past first appearances ( but always be aware of them).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The first experience to this point has been with a gentleman named Max in Montreal who provided me a place to stay and an interesting slice on his life. Basically, in 82 hours I slept 6 hours. It was one of the most interesting nights I have ever had and I think I am the better for it.
The second was with an Alexandre Lafleche in Quebec city. I basically had the rollercoaster time of my life, and saw so many things, and met so many people, and moshed with the quebecois on St-Jean. Very awesome.
The third was with a great couple in Montréal and their son. They were so interesting, we had conversations until 3 in the morning one time. Very well read, very educated.

Interests

Technology, science, religion, cultures, languages ( maintenant j'apprends Francais et Latin), ideas, philosophy, chemistry, history, humanity, animals, information.
I adore conversations. In fact conversations are one of the pillars of my life, and I have found that every person on this planet has a story to tell and I want to hear that story!

Science Fiction, True-to-life, Cartoons, Fantasy, Historical fiction....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have gone to South Africa and walked with cheetahs on the savannah plains. Saw the sun set over the safari, and shared many unforgettable experiences in that beautiful country.
Also:
Moshing with Quebeçois to the early morning on St-Jean-Baptiste. Having an Artist former-philosophy teacher take me to his house after 45 minutes of knowing him.
Helping orphans in Guatemala.
A lot of other things as well, but you'll have to ask me!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am very technologically orientated, and I can often help with technology issues from cell phones to wireless networks.
Also, I have a guitar and am learning, and can teach a bit.
I would like to learn about you and your life ( that's my idea of Couchsurfing - learning about cultures firsthand instead of in a book).
I can share any help I can provide.
