Those who like to learn about the places they arrive to, not just merely the typical tourism: that would like to try local food instead of trying to find restaurants from their homeland or the nearest McDonalds, that are willing to learn the very basics of the country they arrive to (at least hi, goodbye and thanks), a bit of their culture and traditions...

And of course that they are willing to teach me about the places they come from including food :)
