About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Blues Dance Around the World...
ABOUT ME
I'm the guy in a group that is the first person to do something new and exciting while everyone else is hesitating. I have spent the past few years finishing a Masters in Psychology while travelling the world, living and working in the UK, Spain, the Southern United States, and soon Korea.
I currently have my own business helping people find their passion and remove obstacles that have been holding them back from reaching their full potential. I also have a job with the government working with youth and families on probation or in dangerous conflict and help give them skills to come closer together.
If you like blues or salsa dancing, paragliding, motorcycling, or hiking the North Shore mountains, and rewarding oneself with a delicious microbrew after (chocolate, pumpkin pie or raspberry anyone?) then we will get along.
I believe that most of the time that fear of what other people think stops us from living a full life. So as one of my inspirations Steve Jobs has said, "Life is too short to live someone else's life..." so, come Carpe diem with me. (Yes, I also love Dead Poet's Society and someone who can hold up their end of the conversation is a big turn on).
Please show me your most hilarious couch surfing or travelling experience and I'll show you mine :)
PHILOSOPHY
My goal is to live my life contributing to people and causes that will outlast it. Ripple effect, one person at a time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love hearing people's stories and helping them in any way I can...That means if you need me to move boxes, cook my famous Fettucine alfredo with chicken and sundried roast tomatoes, teach you to dance, be your wingman, date to a wedding or last minute social obligation you can't get out of :), pick my brain on tips for having an amazing relationship or career life, I can do it.. Just don't make me dance with Aunt Ethel at the wedding, she gets handsy after a few glasses.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have couch-surfed in San Francisco, Portland and other places along the west coast. I have opened my place in Abbotsford to travellers from Chile, South Carolina, New Zealand and Norway. Amazing stories and experiences were created and shared...
