ABOUT ME

I'm 27 and come from a west coast city with forests on one side and ocean on the other. I teach yoga, play music, and love meeting wonderful humans all over.

I can have just as good of a time at home as I can out on the town. All about finding balance or whatever. Love staying active, recently got into jogging and realized I didn't hate it as much as I thought I would.

Can't live without music man. I've played in a funk rock band, a 9 piece soul band, a singer-songwrite project, and an orchestra. Instruments I play include drums, trumpet, trombone, bass, guitar and piano.

My music tastes are kinda everywhere. Some days I'm neck deep in the dirtiest funk/soul/disco I can get my hands on, other days I want to melt into the sonic soundscapes of dream pop and shoegaze. 70s rock and pop will always have a place in my heart too. Recently I've been really into smaller indie acts that combine folk-y songwriting with a lofi bedroom/garage pop sorta sound.

Played at the Vogue Theatre opening for Booker T Jones. Such an incredible experience to play at one of Vancouver's celebrated venues.
