I am a German student studying in Wilmington, North Carolina. I love to travel, the more adventurous the better. I am quite new to Couchsurfing, but I already enjoy it a lot. Meeting and getting to know local people gives just a complete different experience than just staying in a hotel and doing the typical touristic stuff.

I am new to Couchsurfing so I don’t have that many experiences, but in general, I learned pretty quick that everyone on Couchsurfing is super open and friendly, no matter if it’s the hosts or other Couchsurfers.
