Hello! I'm Kirby! I am a second-year PhD student in the Marine Biology department at the University of Hawaii Manoa. I study seals, the fat blubber balls you see lying on the beach sun-bathing, not to be confused with loud, barking sea lions. I love the ocean, traveling, and meeting new people from far, far away. I used to be an athlete then adulthood hit. I played basketball, softball, and ran track. Now I enjoy doing yoga, going for walks, and pet-sitting.
