ABOUT ME

I love to travel and hope to do more of that now that my kids are grown. Love to meet new people from around the world. I enjoy music, exercising, dancing, reading, golf, cooking, entertaining, hiking, sailing, playing the guitar, and have always dreamed of hiking the Appalachian trail.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life to it's fullest. Never think that you have all the answers because that will keep you from finding more. Wake up everyday and try to make it the best it can be and give something of yourself back. If you are not happy with your place in life, don't blame everything around you but look inside and understand that changes you need to make to get to where you want to be.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

New here, just found this site but the idea intrigued me. I live by myself in a small A-frame in the woods with a woodburning stove near Bloomington, Indiana which is a very cool college town with tons of ethnic restaurants and live music venues. If you come to the midwest, you need to come to this area for sure!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in the jungle in St. Croix when I was a 15 year old runaway. Lived on a sailboat in the Florida Keys for 2 years. Hiked down Mt. Lemon in Tuscon, AZ by myself which took five days.
