Born, raised in Minnesota, went to Pepperdine University with the hopes of playing baseball, but got an academic scholarship and studied in Heidelberg, Germany instead for year. That was the start of my travel addiction, and haven't stopped since. Have lectured on port destinations on over 100 cruise ships too.

Have worked and/or lived in Europe, Sydney, and Rio, which is why eu falo Portuguese e Espanol, aber mein Deutsch ist sehr schlect! Know 10+/- words in 20 languages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went all the way around the world for 13 months, then did it again in 6 months! Planning my next trip around the World, from Shanghai to Georgia on the Black Sea, in May of 2020.
