ABOUT ME

I’ve travelled and lived all over the world but for now find myself at home in Colorado, even though I would go to Paris or Dakar or Beijing RIGHT now if someone invited me…In fact, I love to get invited to almost anything and tend to be up for an adventure (within reason, of course) as long as it seems worthwhile. I take my health and safety kind of seriously...Mostly though, I just want to be happy when I grow up!

When I travel internationally, I seem to book flights with bizarre/long layovers in places I don't know - CS lets me meet people and get to know a town briefly.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Every year, I travel to Guatemala as the coordinator/translator for a pediatric orthopedic surgical team. In one week, we usually operate on 30-40 children, often improving the way they walk, or correcting a spinal defect. Being part of an incredible group of caring individuals is such a rewarding experience. I am so lucky to be able to go annually.
