ABOUT ME

We're a quiet couple in Toronto. We feel very fortunate with our lives and want to share what we have - in this case, a spare bedroom. Small talk and meeting new people doesn't come easily to us, but we think the effort is worth it.

We both host and surf, and plan to do more as time goes on and we are able to travel more.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've hosted and surfed a few times, and every time it has been a wonderful experience.

兴趣

We're pretty quiet and laid back. We like music and go out fairly often to folk/indie concerts in Toronto. We like to cook good food at home and eat good food out. We have a 15-year-old son, two cats, and two pianos.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Our trip to Dawson City for the Music Festival was a great experience. We drove our 1978 VW Campervan from Toronto to Ottawa to Dawson, then home again. It took five weeks in total and we saw the western half of Canada pretty thoroughly.

Kirsten is a math teacher, so she knows quite a bit of math. :-) She is also a knitter studying to be a Master Hand Knitter.

Mike is an IT guy and can help you out with your computer or phone. He's also a movie buff. He'd probably be interested in anything you can show him about fixing our two old VWs.
