About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Embrace the clumsy grace of it all

ABOUT ME

I'm a bit eclectic and difficult to pin down but if you meet me you'll find I'm a laid-back curious type :-)

PHILOSOPHY

If we have community we have everything we need..i am learning this more every day

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've only hosted since Christmas day 2012 but I'm totally sold on Couchsurfing from the lovely folk I've met so far.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfer was Lorenzo, an Italian Tassie Devil! He was the perfect first guest and is very passionate about what couchsurfing can achieve in terms of creating opportunities for connection and exchange.I learnt a lot from him and we had heaps of fun. I've since hosted a lovely Argentinian couple who were a pleasure to have around, and their appreciation warmed me thoroughly!

Interests

Road trips, walking, being lazy/contemplative, animals, forests, deserts, sea, food and food and cooking, good beer, some art, reading, music, dancing, podcasts, philosophy, alternative research, learning how to think properly, learning, laughing stupidly, meeting folks from all over and enjoying my friends, being a hermit too :-)
