About Me

I recently graduated from Environmental Studies at York University in Toronto, Ontario where I specialized in politics, food sovereignty, security an decolonization. While there is immense pressure to find a job in my field I’ll be the first to admit that I’m just not ready. Traveling is something I’ve looked forward to since starting university and with my current situation being so freeing I feel that there is no time like right now to start living out my dreams!

I have spent a large portion of my life in nature, whether it be camping, hiking, canoeing etc. so much of my ambition to travel is inspired by experiencing the natural landscapes of new places and capturing it all on my camera.

Hiking, boating, visiting the beach, trying new food, beers, meeting new people and creating unforgettable memories. I’m up for it all!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling is something I'm passionate about, I don't want to be a tourist.
One day I’ll pay it forward and hosts travelers but for now I’m just looking for my next adventure ~

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm pretty opened minded when it comes to music, i'll listen to almost anything once. Genres that have always been a staple in my life are rock (all of it!) and folk. Over the past few years i have been learning and listening to all different artists and genres from indie/alternative, electronic, pop etc. I'm a big fan of live music also!

Books:
Can't narrow it down specifically but anything that I feel has an educational edge is always top of my list.

Always excited to learn new artists and writers, who do you love?
