CURRENT MISSION

My sister Carly and I just won the Vantastic NSW competition and will be travelling from Brisbane to Sydney by van for 6 weeks in Sept/Oct. We'd love to meet up with you along the way!

PHILOSOPHY

My aim in life is to have as many new experiences and learn as much as possible, so I'm constantly expanding my to-do list and trying to cross things off of it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've just joined the Couchsurfing website, but would love to meet as many people as possible, both while travelling and when they're in Adelaide. I don't have a couch to share at the moment, but am happy to meet up and show you around town. I'd also love to meet people while I'm travelling, starting with a six week roadtrip through NSW in Sept/Oct '09.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never couch surfed before, but I have been an exchange student twice (in Carbondale, Colorado and Okayama, Japan) as well as hosting exchange students with my family. I've done a fair bit of travelling and have been treated extremely well by people in every place I've been, so would love to repay the favour to anyone visiting Australia!

I can teach: filmmaking, especially the camera side of things; photography; some Japanese & Spanish; the basics of Australian sign language (Auslan); beginner level guitar; how to cook some of my favourite vegetarian/seafood dishes; how to fold a paper crane; unicycling & probably various other things I can't think of at the moment!
