I will almost certainly be able to start hosting people from October 2019 onwards in a flat in Sainte-Clotilde. (Need to get some furniture first!)

I was (just about) born in Japan but grew up near London, so I consider myself far more English than Japanese.
I lived in mainland France for 4 years (Lyon 3 yrs, Paris 1 yr) and have just moved to La Réunion to take up a teaching and research post in English Literature at the university here.

I look forward to swimming in the lagoons and learning how to scuba dive in the coral reefs here.
