ABOUT ME

I'm Kita, born in Louisville, KY, USA! I like eating, gaming, and conversation.

I'm currently teaching English in South Korea where I live in a one-room in Jinju. My neighborhood is where Korean college students and foreigners often meet for partying and language exchange.

The opportunity for me to host people in my home has finally come! I am really excited :)

I can give you directions, help you out with useful Korean phrases, and recommend tasty dishes. I am very open to inviting you out or hanging out, but if all I am is a cheap place for you to stay, I am OK with that, too!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Some hosts see surfers who come and go without hanging out as selfish. Not me. I think accommodation and a safe, cozy home are healing especially for travelers and I am more than happy to provide that space. I know what it's like to be a weary traveler and I like providing a reliable place for people to stay :)

I also find that couchsurfing is the best way to connect with a location at a deeper level. Every time I stay at someone's house, I make a temporary buddy and eat at the tastiest restaurants! That's amazing.
