Having both completed a geography degree, my partner (Jack) and I have a great appreciation for the wonderful countries of the world. We love to travel and see new places.

We started travelling in early 2018, visited Thailand, Laos and Australia before settling in Nelson, New Zealand for a year.

While in Nelson I worked for the Red Cross as an administrator while also volunteering as deputy team leader in their Disaster Welfare and support team. While Jack worked in conservation, preserving the local tramp ways and returning much of the natural area to native bush.

We now have three months left of our visas and are travelling around the beautiful New Zealand landscape.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As young adults with a limited bank balance, Coachsurfing creates great opportunities for us to travel and explore the world, while meeting amazing people and learning endless amounts.

We are young active people who love to explore anything new! Although I have a fear of heights so probably will not be jumping out a plane anytime soon.

Music, Movies, and Books

All music! Jack has an insanely large music library and I love to listen to most of it... Except heavy metal.. I don't like that!

We are avid movie/TV watches... Up for watching pretty much anything!

I have an appreciation for good literature but as a slow reader I haven't got through many.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailed down the Mekong and spent the night in a remote village.

Also left our home to move across the world together...

We love to learn and listen but at 22 we wouldn't presume to be knowledable enough to teach anyone of anything!
