关于我
CURRENT MISSION
Learn to speak spanish and do it like they do it Rosario, Argentina, where i I hope to be for a month or two!!
ABOUT ME
Well, I cant remember names the first time round but the second time I usually get it because I have just remembered I didnt get it the first time.
I love all sports, especially to do with water or those that involve adrenaline!!! Some people have called me a little 'mad' I guess, but when you grow up in a culture like NZ, which I was lucky enough to have had. You just get out there and do it and do the worrying after!!
Yesterday I rolled into Rosario, Argentina, not knowing anyone or the city at all, and my spanish is very limited but I have been dead keen to speak it properly. So I chose Rosario as it is off the main tourist trail, which I need to prevent me speaking English, and in the last 24 hours I have had the time of my life meeting so many cool people. Tonight i even found myself involved in a 50 person spanish speaking rugby squad training for 3 hours. So much fun, even though i didnt understand nada. Tomorrow night St Paddy's, bring it on!!
Ive done 7 years of tertiary study (cant even spell tertiary probably), I have two degrees, was pretty tired of the books towards the end.
I have an amazing family, one sister and two very supportive parents. My upbringing has been incredible fortunate and not because of money but because of the exposure I have had to so many different choices that can be made in life.
I love to be fit and healthy. I love to meet new people as well as see and try new things.
If I get an idea in my head, I always go through with it.
Ive always wanted to see the world, so now its my turn and Im making the most of it!!
PHILOSOPHY
If its not fun, Im not interested... I pretty much live to make myself happy and that is by seeing other people happy and doing all the things I love with who ever is up for it.
Im not too keen on negative people, who sit on there arse and wish what they could have done.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Only just heard about it, so hear I am writing a blurb. Um I will be super keen to host as well, when I settle in a place permanently, given I have good experiences with this couchsurfing idea. Im sure it will be awesome, and I am definitly the guy who struggles to take a favor without anything in return so I hope to meet cool people that will one day come and check my set up out.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Um after a night out drinking Ive stayed on a friends couch to avoid driving home under the influence. But thats all so far. NEWBE!!!

音乐、电影和书籍
Im so bad at remember names of these things when asked on the spare of the moment. love most genres of music (NZ has some really cool sounds which i love to promote), probably old school more acoustic than heavy rock is my fave.
Movies- Hitch, happy gilmore, American History X, Austin Powers, Yes man, forest gump are all good movies but I am not really big on watching repeat films.
Power of one, Marching powder are great books i have read recently.
我做过的一件不可思议的事情
Hundreds of things.
ok one, diving at home collecting scallops by myself, 24m down, knew something wasnt right, saw a massive shadow coming toward me. Next thing I knew it was like a space ship passing 50cm over the top of me. A killer whale came and visited me, not once but 5 times repeatedly. It came right up to me within 20cm, face to face, I could easily have touched it but i was too petrified. When i was out of the water I realised it was only curious and probably just wanted to play.
教,学,和分享
Well, there is an artificial wave in Santiago, Chile, in a mall called Mallsports, it costs about $20 US for an hour, do it!! Its awesome!!
The noise you hear when you pull your finger or make your joints click sometimes is actually nitrogen gas being rapidly forced out of the joint space, due to sudden pressure differences, it is not bad for you. Just dont do it all the time (>3x per day), your ligaments will become laxed.
Ok I want to know, are there any tips for learning spanish?
Also why wont people realize that if the fishing industries around the world dont hurry up and stop overfishing, we wont be able to catch or eat saltwater fish in the future????
