About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel, learn, love, enjoy!
ABOUT ME
I work in development, especially with microfinance. I live in Madrid for now, and am trying to see a little bit of south europe while i'm here (on a budget...). An avid runner, I love any physical challenge when I'm traveling - hiking, backpacking, skiing, rappelling, etc. I'm not big on discotecas and that, but i looove to dance salsa, share a bottle of wine with friends, etc.
i'm a yoga teacher as well (currently not teaching, so sad). i'm a little bit of a food snob (vegetarian) and a lit snob, so you'd have to forgive me for that.
PHILOSOPHY
May I live simply that others may simply live.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
i once started a parade in bolivia.
i almost lost my finger when i was bit by a poisonous insect in argentina.
in mexico, my house was so well-known (and so infamous) for its parties that there was a city-wide movement to have us evicted.
once, in bolivia, some friends and i on a hike accidently broke the local community's water supply pipeline, and had to go explain ourselves and then beg for a ride back into town.
i almost died one time when i fell off a waterfall three-stories high, but luckily caught myself on a tree limb.
another time i almost died when sprinting a horse over cobblestones (very stupid) and he lost his footing.
i ran a marathon last year!
