ABOUT ME

I think eggs are really important in the morning. My favorite type of egg is poached, but I'm really shitty at making them. Have you ever had a duck egg? Oh my god, they're so delicious. Like a regular egg infused with butter and cream. Particularly good on mayonnaised toast. Other egg things I enjoy are: migas, huevos rancheros, strata, baked eggs, egg bagel sandwiches, breakfast burritos and soft scrambled eggs. Hard boiled eggs too, but only in salads, so obviously not for breakfast. Gross.

This type of personal information about me is as important as anything else.
