ABOUT ME

I'm just a girl living in each moment and trying to get the most from my time here. I think it's safe to say I'm a lover of many things, be it crazy and new experiences, explorations & adventure, learning new things, meeting new people or pushing my own limits.

One of my favorite places to be in the world is out in the mountains, breathing the freshest air. Isn't is grand how you can be anywhere in the world the the roots of nature are always the same?

PHILOSOPHY

Each moment is precious.
I do not judge the universe.

Sometimes it's just too good and all you can do is laugh with the mountains and the seas.

Everyone is a student and a teacher.

That which we must endure can awaken us.

Music: Anything between majestic beats that help me find my groove... Shanti tunes that remind me of the light... voices that blow me away... instrumentals that shake me to my core... and of course so old fashioned string pickin (I'm from the mountains of America afterall)

Books: Where to begin! I just want to read a good story and learn something awesome... favorite authors include Tom Robbins, Jack Kerouac, Paulo Cuello

Every hike away from civilization is amazing to me. Every walk into new territories is also amazing.

I speak Spanish, and would love to learn French.
I can teach you about yoga and meditation (and I want to learn this from you also!).
I want to learn more about sustainable living through gardening, permaculture, using and giving back to the land.
I always want to learn about ancient wisdom/traditions from all corners of the earth..
