ABOUT ME

I moved to SLC from WI to start a PhD program in Biology. I'm a huge science/nature nerd (my undergraduate major was wildlife ecology), love being outdoors, and can't get enough of the hiking and camping in Utah. I'm also really into any sort of social type activity, any fairs, festivals, farmers markets, art show, or any sort of event. Not only are these events fun, but they are prime people watching locations (one of my favorite activities). I enjoy going out to enjoy whiskey, bluegrass concerts, and beer (preferrably in combination). I'm hoping to travel more, and meet some cool people along the way.

It's a tie between the Monarch butterfly reserve near Morelia, Mexico (where all the Monarch butterflies of N. America migrate to.. so many that the tree branches sag under the weight of them), and the Angkor Temples in Cambodia.
