I’ve always been a free spirit with an open-hearted, artistic mind, and recently I’ve come to realize that staying put in one place, working in an office, just isn’t for me anymore. After six years, I’ve finally quit my job to explore a different lifestyle – one my heart has been urging me towards for a long time. I love meeting new people and picking up new skills along the way. I’ve travelled across almost all of Europe and explored South America, hoping the rest of the world won’t stay hidden from me forever. Couchsurfing feels like the perfect way to travel, allowing me to experience foreign countries through the eyes of locals and meet people who make sure you never just become a lost tourist! :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting locals when I travel because it gives me the chance to see a place from a completely different perspective and to learn about different cultures and customs. Plus, locals often share advice or recommendations you won’t find online or in guidebooks. For me, it’s not just about staying with someone; I genuinely enjoy simply hanging out around the city and soaking up the atmosphere, even if I’m not staying at a local’s home. Sharing a moment with others is a true pleasure!

Interests

As a teenager, I used to play the electric guitar and sew my clothes. I’ve always loved painting and drawing, so I’ve been taking art lessons since 2018. Recently, in 2022, I took up roller skating, which has been so much fun! I’m passionate about human rights activism and volunteer with Amnesty International. Beyond that, I’ve also volunteered in a variety of one-off activities, from cooking for homeless people and participating in cleanup events to helping out at music festivals. During the pandemic, I developed a keen interest in planting and gardening. There’s so much joy to be found in nature! :) And just so you know, coffee is my absolute necessity. Coffee is love!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like comedies or anything I can relax while watching it. Regarding music, I love everything from rock, metal, rock 'n roll, to indie and rap. There can't be a bad book in my opinion, I just wish to have more time for reading :-)

Climb up the mountain in the desert and scream from my deepest inside, feeling like I am the last person in this world.

I am able to teach English and I would love to improve my Spanish. I can share my experience with sustainable living, gardening and love to history.
