I'm Klara, My boyfriend Nick (21, woodworker) and I are travelling the Dominican Republic from 20. To 30.07. We we'll start our backpack tour in Punta Cana, and haven't planned our tour yet, we want to make our minds up as we go. We hope to find some hosts for the time, to meet fun people, and maybe get some insider tips or trips.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My boyfriend couchsurfed through Israel in spring this year and made some great experiences. My best friend did the same in New Zealand, so I want to try it myself. This summer we want to travel the Dominican Republic, hoping to meet amazing people and amazing places.

Interests

The two things I spend my money on are traveling and horse riding. My parents have their own stables, we live on an old farm, and we have 5 horses.
I like travelling, and I don't like the normal hotel all inclusive Holliday. I prefer touring countries and regions, preferring landscapes and special places, but I also like exploring cities. I want to get to know the locals, the culture, and the way of life.

There has been a couple!
In Arizona I were just next to a huge free living buffalo herd, with hundreds of buffaloes
In Spain I did water hiking in the Pyrenees
In the U.S. I hiked right through the Bryce Canyon
....
