Hi there! I'm Klara, and let me share a few things about myself :)

Traveling is my passion, and my goal is to visit every country in the world. Luckily, my current role as a digital marketing manager allows me to work remotely, giving me the flexibility to explore new places.

Besides that, I'm a huge foodie. I love trying new cuisines, and I believe the best way to experience a culture is through its food. Museums and art galleries also have a special place in my heart – there's something magical about how they can transport you to different times and places.

On the home front, I'm the proud parent of two adorable cats who constantly keep me entertained. They might not be great travel companions, but they make coming back home after a journey all the more rewarding.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Not only does it allow me to meet fascinating people from around the world and engage in cultural exchange, but it also provides me with the opportunity to explore different countries and cultures without breaking the bank on accommodation. It's a win-win!

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a diverse taste in music, but I'm a big fan of bossa nova; there's something about its soothing rhythms that just transports me. I also love music that makes me want to dance – it's a fantastic stress reliever. On the flip side, I can't resist the timeless beauty of classical music. And if I had to choose a voice that I could listen to for hours, it would be Leonard Cohen's. His deep, soulful tones are incredibly captivating.

While I don't have a single favorite movie, I have a soft spot for romantic comedies.

My all-time favorite book has to be 'Desert Flower.' It's an incredibly moving memoir by Waris Dirie. Her journey from a nomadic desert upbringing to becoming a successful model and activist is nothing short of inspiring. The book left a profound impact on me, showcasing the strength of the human spirit and the importance of resilience.
