I'm Klaudia, born in Poland and raised in the UK. I'm a languages student and the University of Warwick, studying French, German, Japanese and Lingustics.
I'm currently on my year abroad, spending the first semester in Dresden, Germany and the second in Kyoto, Japan. As you've gathered by my degree, I love lanugages. Recently I've picked up Latin and Spanish just for fun. I really enjoy getting to know people from various countries as well as travelling and getting to know different cultures. Ranging from a short weekend away to staying and volunteering somewhere for longer. Apart from languages, I like to try a bit of everyhting to keep myself busy. I play several instruments, tried a little bit of various sports and never allow myself to get bored, joining in any activities that come up. If you've got a passion and interesting stories to share we will get on just fine. I will be in Dresden for another couple of months. Unfortunately I haven't got a spare bed but I have a big room in my dorm if you have a mattress.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a great way to meet new people and most importnatly local people who can teach you a little about the city. It's a great opportunity for take and give so you can do someone a favour by hosting them while they return the favour and host yourself or someone else, making travel easier.
