About Me

I'm a cheerful guy who always expects the best from people and situations. I have learned law in university for a year, didn't like it, so I took a year off and worked in the US and Australia. Now I'm going back to Uni to start my studies in Information technology.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because of the awesome Italian guy who took me to his home in Rome. In a weird turn of events I went from having my only options to spend a night being a 70 eur room or the streets, to having dinner with an Italian family and having the best night of my trip. After that I realised how much I'm missing out by just staying in hostels. Locals are awesome.

Interests

Audiobooks, hiking, snowboarding, physics meeting cool people and seeing awesome places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have songs that I like from a lot of genres. A playlist could easily have System of a down, Tchaikovsky, Coldplay and Boney M in a row. For movies I mostly like comedies and brain teasers. My favorite books are fantasy. For example The Kingkiller chronicle by Patrick Rothfuss and the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking the Tongariro alpine crossing in NZ was definatley amazing. They say it is the best one day hike in NZ and it seemed like it might be worth the title.

Teach, Learn, Share

My "Everything will work out" mentality and how well it has worked for me. But I definately hope for an inspiring conversation. And to find out about life where you live.

What I Can Share with Hosts
