When you have two kids the world seems nicer, funnier and sooooo interesting. You don't have to go far. Just a walk to the park and you can be on a new adventure. With teenagers, your adventure starts every day when kids are home from school. But no, the world is not a boring place.

ABOUT ME

Trying to find a reason to do things, not the excuses not to. My "better half" says I'm hipper energetic, with a lot of ideas all the time.
I wake up almost every morning realizing that I should go to bed just a bit early. Used to work as a journalist, now working as a primary school teacher and tour guide in Slovenia. In the office, I would be just too bored. And like my kids I love to explore new things. So please give us a little bit of your culture, your everyday life....

Family of four. Two high school boys. They both love to play sports, one is a hockey player the other ski jumper and would go to the school if I let them with roller blades or bicycle even when it's snowing. They both love listening to the stories, so give us a little bit of your everyday life, culture and customs and their eyes will shine, knowing and appreciating life is beautiful in its diversity.

My love, life partner is also a primary school teacher as well and loves to travel too.

Recently discovered Arto Paasilinna and very fond of Svetlana Makarovic, the greatest Slovenian writer, I'll tell you one of her stories when we meet. We all love kids books,just found out the other day bookshelfs are too small and we still need to put in some more that are just joining the old ones. So if you really thinking about bringing something special from your country, learn a few folk tales from your country and share it with us!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A month long trip with kids in Thailand gave us so much. So we had to do it again every year if possible. Travelling as a family, being together for hours and hours, days and days give us energy for a everyday life and telling us we're in the right direction.
