I study medicine in Brazil and, such as one, I have a great respect for ethics and good actions between people. I'm a peacefull person, who loves to talk with people and hear their experiences. My greatest dream is to meet every corner of the world, and absorve as much as I can from each culture and place. I try to stick always to optimism, happiness and peace. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Interest to meet new people (either by visting them or hosting them in my city) and new places. I'm thrilled with new kinds of life styles, and CS is the best there is to enjoy them. There is nothing like seeing a place threw someone else's eyes, especially if that one is from that place. The culture exchange, then, is incredibly enriching!

Music: Girassol, from Cidade Negra (Sunflower, from the brazilian band Cidade Negra). I love the verse: "for beeing a real man, you have to have the greatness of a boy!" (ok, that was an awful translation from portuguese, but the meaning is beautiful!);

MÚSICA: GOSTO MUITO DE "GIRASSOL", DO CIDADE NEGRA, MÚSICA QUE ME GUIOU EM UM LONGO PENSAMENTO DE VIDA.

Book: Ensaio sobre a cegueira, from José Saramago (Blindness essay, from portuguese writer José Saramago). Is a thrilling fiction that criticizes the selfishness of the human relationships. It helped me a lot to establish my ethic basis.

LIVRO: ENSAIO SOBRE A CEGUEIRA, DE JOSÉ SARAMAGO (UM ESCRITOR PORTUGUÊS). E UMA FICÇÃO EMOCIONANTE QUE CRITICA O EGOÍSMO NAS RELAÇÕES HUMANAS. ME AJUDOU MUITO A FUNDAR MINHAS BASES ÉTICAS.

Movie: La vita è bella. To me, it was the perfect combination of romance, comedy and drama. A classical movie that made me cry three times (yeah, I cry in movies).

FILME: LA VITA È BELLA. MELHOR COMUNICAÇÃO DE ROMANCE, COMÉDIA E DRAMA. CHOREI TRÊS VEZES HEHEHE.

Series: Oh man, I love How to get away with murder, Game of thrones, The Walking Dead, and, the classical, Friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Beeing hosted by a really interesting and funny woman in Berlin. She had lived in East Berlin during the Cold War, and had amazing stories about that time.

I think the most brazilian thing I can teach is the brazilian dancing, mostly forró (couple's dance) and samba (single or couple's dance).

I can offer food, a nice place to sleep, sheets, towels and pillows. I can guide the hiking in the trails of my city to visit the mountain Ibituruna (the world capital of free flight). I can give you nice advices about who to look for a parachute jump or hand gliding!
