I was born and raised in Tokyo, grew up in an English speaking environment. I then studied for two years at the University of Glasgow, Scotland for my master's degree. Currently working in Tokyo but always hoping for escapes from this congested, claustrophobic town! Since I come from such an isolated country in the far end of the world map, every trip I make outside is full of pleasant discoveries.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

My flatmate back when I lived in Scotland hosted and surfed a lot, so I've met some surfers in our flat which was a nice experience. I've hosted a few times but haven't surfed yet. Always great to talk to open-minded people! Once I rented a car and drove to the Isle of Skye with two surfers. That was fun.

兴趣

I love music, all kinds but especially classical music and jazz. I also enjoy R&B, hip-hop, rock, Brazilian music, folk music of the world. I also admire fine arts, I love going to the museums as long as they aren't too crowded. I love playing baseball, badminton and occasionally tennis as well.

I have been quite into films recently as well. I watch about 10-15 films a month, from all wakes of the world from different times. It's a great visual experience, as well as a pseudo-travel experience!

The trip to Isle of Lewis & Harris in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland was amazing. Just breath-taking from beginning to end. Isle of Skye was also great!
