ABOUT ME

I live and love to travel...I just took a job in D.C., but have had the great opportunity to visit a lot of the world already. I even worked on a cruise ship for two summers during university. Originally from the States, I grew up in the smallest state of Rhode Island but moved to New York City after high school and then wandered off to Colorado and Paris for grad school. I'm easy-going, laid back, and love meeting new people and seeing new places.

Relatively new to couch surfing, but am looking to meet as many interesting international couch surfers as possible along the way.

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I love spy, thriller, and mafiosa movies with the Jason Bourne series and The Godfather series as my favorites. Also love, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Pirates of the Caribbean, and The Talented Mr. Ripley.

Music: Anything but American country music. Aailyah, Lauryn Hill, Mae, Oasis, Sublime, Damien Rice, Sting, Coldplay, Jack Johnson, Tiesto, Girltalk, M.I.A., Kanye West, Timbaland, Jay-Z, and those tragic one-hit wonders from the 80s on occasion...

Books/Magazines: The Economist whenever I can get my hands on it and as for books...I usually only get a chance to read during the summer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

ATV riding in the jungles of Costa Rica and seeing the pyramids probably tie for the coolest things I've done.
