ABOUT ME

Hey! My name is Kristine Larson. I am a studying to be a mechanical engineering at Kansas State University and am currently studying abroad. My friends would say that I am a outgoing, nice, always happy girl, and I have a taste to travel! I am ambitious so want to go everywhere in Europe while I am at my study abroad experience.

I would love to become a surfer for the next couple months, and then afterwards become a host for people who want to see the beautiful state of Kansas in the USA.

Interests

I love to learn about culture and how different societies formed with their customs, language, and monuments. I love to analyze things and try to learn something new everyday. While I am not at school, I love to read, travel, and of course, take lots and lots of pictures.

I love all kinds of music, movies and books. Each of them add a great dynamic to life that would be missing without them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am a huge space nerd, ever since I was little. The most amazing thing I have experienced was seeing the last Space Shuttle launch. I had an internship in Florida at another Rocket company called ULA, so I got to be on base to hear those engines roar. It was absolutely amazing.

My time in Prague so far has been equally great. One of the first integration parties that Czech Technical University had for the foreign students, I was blown away by all the cultures. I loved being able to meet people from across the world.

I will help you improve your English skills - American English to be exact. :) While I only know one language, I do have a good knowledge on it, and maybe you can teach me some of your language.
