My mission on earth is to help others to get through life easier...to make new friends...to see new places and to experience new adventures.

ABOUT ME

I am 60 years old...widowed...have two grown children and one adopted...several step children and lots of grandkids. My oldest daughter lives with me with her 6 year old son. Also have a slightly mental retarded step daughter that lives here also.

We love to have grill outs on the weekend...sometimes we go fishing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can offer a super long couch and or a bedroom with a queen size bed...we also have matresses that we can put on the floor.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have any experience of couch surfing except with friend and relatives...I surf at their house and they surf at mine.

Interests

My interest is geneology...taking photos...family history...meeting new people and hearing their story.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movies are Gone with the Wind,any old movie with the long dresses, Really like all the Holocaust and war movies....Love the Golden Oldies...as far as books, I like history.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have done is watch my first grandchild be born..have seen Niaga Falls, but wasn't too impressed.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would be happy to teach some craft making or fishing skills with a cane pole from the bank of a small pond or creek...would love to learn anything someone wants to teach me....I will share anything I have with you.
