ABOUT ME

I'm happy, natural, active and I like to laugh. I love summer and sun, being outside, riding bike, doing sports, ...
At the moment I'm working on the best version of myself to love me and everything around me. I'm trying to calm down my crazy mind to stay more in the moment.
I did a few month ago a yogateachertraining what changed my life in a positive way and I'm a big fan of Ayurveda (the traditional Indian medicine/lifestyle) and I use both to improve the quality of my life. I would like to make the world to a little bit happier, healthier and more conscious place.

I can teach yoga and I'm also up for a bit of acro yoga. I can share some knowledge about Ayurveda. I do reiki and would offer a session. I love cooking and baking and like to share my vegetarian or vegan meals.
