I live in Antwerp but I from a small village east of the city. I study energymanagement and work as a freelance technician and pIumber. I'm passionately about my school and work.

I use to backpack a lot but lately I'm into bikepacking because it feels like a bigger adventure. My favorite country in the world is New Zealand and visiting it 4 years ago was dream come true. 2 years ago I converted my own campervan and really love going on roadtrips to new places in Europe.

I consider myself easy to talk to, curious and worldy.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

During my travels I liked stay and sleep in my campervan, tent or at locals, with or without CS. Still, CS gave me the best opportunities to share lots of unforgettable memories and now I like to do this as a host (and still as traveler).

兴趣

In my free time like to do eat, cook, discover music and do different sports and off course travel. Especially outdoor activities like hiking, surfing, diving, skiing, cycling,.. are my favorites.

音乐、电影和书籍

I like all kinds of music like rock, folk, reggea, metal, blues, techno,... and I really like to discover it. I use to play guitar for a long time.

Movies and series made me dream about travelling.
LOTR, the hobbit, Batman's-, Guardians of the Galaxy movies, Inception, Forrest Gump, The secret life of walter mitty, Lion King,... Breaking Bad, Narcos, Friends, Silicon Valley, Fargo, True Detective...
You name it, I maby have seen it :) .

I've been on an internship in Ethiopia (1 month) and Ghana (6 months).

A hitchhiking race to the south of France.

Converted my own campervan.

I've been to Ukraine, visiting Kiev and Tsjernobyl, just one week before Russia invaded the country. :(
