I am a sweet, compassionate soul that loves to nurture others. Also a passionate activist of food, equality, and the earth. I seem to always find myself traveling and wandering but am trying to balance that with my need for community and groundedness. I am a fairly neat and well-organized person and love connecting with new, interesting people.

I am a recent graduate of Natural Culinary school and am now cooking therapeutically for kids with health ailment and food allergies/intolerance's. I am a passionate student of yoga, herbalism, and mind-body medicine. I love hiking, my two cats, and nurturing people with delicious, healthy food.

Im based in the energetic mecca of Boulder, Colorado where Im learning and growing from all the beautiful and wise souls there.
