About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Misson 2014: Colorado Ski Season

ABOUT ME

Haven't had the chance to go skydiving yet.
I'll try just about anything twice.

I love food and I love to cook. I make a mean bowl of popcorn.

I'm pretty chill most of the time.. until I'm in sea of people at a live show.

I am terribly polite and considerate.

Two goals:
1. Learn to ski this season! (Already know how to snowboard)
2. (Lifetime goal) travel a great distance either by train (Siberian Express) or boat (by working on a cargo freighter?)

PHILOSOPHY

No good idea shall go unstolen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm transitioning from staying with a friend in Denver to moving to Breckenridge. I got a full time job, but am still trying to figure housing out. I hope to be able to host in the future, but for now, I could use a place to stay for a night or two until I get something long term. Also hoping to meet new people and make new friends!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I traveled through Europe sleeping on the couches of the friends I made when I was a student.
'twas a great experience, and they were great hosts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not amazing for what it was, but for what it wasn't:

I hiked to the top of the Koko Head Crater in bare feet and, amazingly, DID NOT get tetanus.
Ask me about it when you see me and I'll win you over to my side of things, I swear.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach.
I could probably teach you:
1. small things about the country of Japan
2. strawbale or other alternative construction stories
3. about kudzu as a fabric, food source, biomass, etc.
4. about the great outdoors of hokkaido
5. how to cook a few things

I want to learn:
more spanish
to ski!

I would gladly share:
whatever insights I have that regard your interests or curiosities.
my couch when I settle into a place of my own.
