HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed and hosted. It has changed my life in a lot of ways.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started CSing with a trip through mainly Germany, but also Vienna and Amsterdam. I stayed with 4 CS'ers and met up with another 3 while on our trip. I've had three surfers in the past. I'm hoping I'll be doing more surfing in the future...it's been a while.

Movies:There are so many, but I'll try to name a few. Amelie, Death Proof, Goodbye Lenin, Trainspotting, Spy, Man from U.N.C.L.E., Fight Club, Forrest Gump, A Clockwork Orange. If you want to know directors, anything by the Cohen Brothers, Tarantino, Kubrick, Del Toro, Aronofsky, Fincher...they're all good.

Music: The Smiths. The Dresden Dolls. Amanda Palmer. Of Monsters and Men. New Orleans Brass Bands. Jazz. I love music in general...so I'm not too particular.

Books: I mostly read cookbooks these days, but a travelogue is also great.

I love to learn new things and pick up knowledge relatively fast. I'm not sure how useful that is to everyone else, but maybe I give you a fun fact. I could teach you how to draw, but you have try even if you think you're bad. I would love to share with other my love of humanity, travel, and of course food & drink. We love to cook and chat. I think I live for that.
