Malaysia is a multi-ethnic and multi-culture country, and we have the best assortments of cuisines in the world. Beside, it's also famous with tourist spot like Kinabalu National Park, historical site Malacca and Penang, diver lovers Sipadan Island and more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is the best way to meet a local friend in different countries. We can share a lot of things, from our stories even to a meal of dinner.

Interests

I am interested in anything that is interesting.

I enjoy sports very much, like hiking, jogging, swimming, playing badminton and so on. I have a group of running buddies, and we do joining a lots of running event. I not often go to the gym since it's far away from my house, but I will do some weigh training and sometimes have the body combat with youtube. It's so enjoyable.

I love to read, both Chinese and English books. I will spend some time to surf internet for the e-books and e-magazines especially about travel and health.

Without a doubt, traveling is one of my interest. I can't stop my footstep to explore the beautiful world, to know the different culture and people, to taste the delicious food.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kind of the music, especially the pop music. Usually I will turn on the speaker when I work or with a good book.

Like everyone out there, I watch a lot of movies and TV drama. My favorite are action, comedy and animated movie.

Reading is my hobby and I can accept all kind of the books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I feel grateful cause the amazing things keep happen to me and my life. Everyone that I know and all the things they done for me are amazing, I'm really appreciate that. Just want to share some the amazing thing I've done:

1. Solo trip to Thailand for 9 days.
I walked down the street, explored the city of angels, feel the different culture and the people around me. A lot of amazing experiences and memories, definitely one of the amazing trip for me.

2. Conquered Mt. Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia
A world heritage site in East Malaysia, Mt. Kinabalu is one of the highest mountains in Southeast Asia. Without the regular training and complete gear for hiking, I success to conquer it with the never give up spirit. That is nothing impossible and just we need to believe and keep holding on.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach = As you know I'm a primary school teacher, and my proficiency is teaching Chinese (mandarin) as second language. So I may share some basic like conversation with you if you are really interested.

Learn = I'm curious in everything, especially the different culture things. All the knowledge and information you have are the best gift to me.

Share = I do like share anything that I know, like my travel stories and also all about my lovely country - Malaysia. Beside, maybe we can have food sharing although I'm not a very good cook.
