I like to paint, draw, sculpt. I love learning about cultures and symbolism. I embrace the natural world. I love to hike and run and be outside. I thrive on a balance of quiet down time mixed with social interaction. I have traveled a lot. I'm pretty good at basketball.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I exchange learning and teaching with new people in my life, and crave experiencing new things. there are so many different ways to live, and so many ways to do the same small task! I am easily inspired and strong-willed. I love to orient people to my city... because it's awesome.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Un-officially, quite a bit...Mostly through out the west coast with friends or friends of friends.

Interests

Art.Stop-motion animation. Semiotics. Learning to play music. Organic farming. Observing. The
Great Outdoors. Quinoa. Whisky and long conversations with friends (=slowing down, ie, real life!) Adventures. Eating well. Ecology. Surrounding myself with good-hearted, well-intentioned, and inspiring people. Objects made of wood, no synthetic materials please! I take my dream world pretty seriously. And I strive tolisten to NPR more.
