My husband is dance teacher and developer of movement course "Plastic Improvisation". This course developed for people, who wants to feel comfortable in their bodies and to be free in movement when dancing or speaking to audience and so on. He is opened to share some exercises and information.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Me and my husband are good at cooking, so we can serve russian soup "Borschtsch", also we always happy to share tatar culture (we are from Kazan) and tatar cuisine, we always carry some tatar national goodies like Chak-chak or tatar liquor Bugulma (tatar version of Jagermeister :) ).

Our big passion is music and dancing, we will be happy to tell about story of house music and house dance, about disco and funk, funky styles of dancing.

If you interested in vinyl, we can bring some russian vinyl records as a souvenir.
