Hello :)

My name is Konstantin, but everybody calls me Kon or Koni. I am a former student of audivisual media in Stuttgart.

Its always hard to describe oneself. Thats why I asked my friends and they say I am:
"An authentic, funny, creative, bald, parttime-philosophical Hippie."
But thats not completely true, because now i have hair.

I love photography and making videos. So I am totally up for discussions about your favorite movies or how shitty most of the actual hollywood movies are or whatever has to do anything with film.
Besides that I am interessted in Psychology, Religion, Politics, Environment, Cultures, Science, Philosophy , Food, all kinds of art, all kinds of weird and unexplainable stuff ...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Too get in touch with people who actually LIVE in a certain city instead of just spending a few days in a hostel there. Because those people can maybe show you places outside of the touristic routes and I love to get an authentic view of a city, country and the people who live there, epecially when i have my camera with me ;)

The movielist is way to long to write it down. But to me the three best movies of all time are Fight Club, Shawshank Redemtion and City of God.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I met the real Dalai Lama in Vilnius. He was holding a speech there and i didn't know about that. Then suddely his car just stopped 5 meters in front of me, he came out and i was like "Oh boyyyyyyy!"

What I Can Share with Hosts

I normaly travel with a backpack and a small budget. Sometimes i am somewhere to work and add a few days in a nice city. I am willing to share everything I have and to help wherever I can. Let it be taking care of the household or the garden, the kids, the pets, giving you inspiration for your upcomming theater-project, or tearing down that annoying streetlight that shines directly into your bedroom at night, etc.
I can teach you german and a couple of insults in other languages as well (I don't know why people tend to teach you insults befor teaching you usefull phrases but i just continue that tradition)
