About Me

Welcome adventurer ! My friend, it's really good to be here! I really mean it. Please, have a seat. You're more than welcome to share your story. It has been a tough time for many. Tell me everything you feel comfortable with, I'm all ears.

#################################

About me ? Well I have a few things in mind. One of them is to travel as much as possible. I plan to set foot everywhere on earth. At least a foot on every country.

For the moment I...
- ...live and work in Zurich, one of the safest places in the world (one of the most expensive as well)
- ...spend a lot of time learning new languages
- ...am vegetarian (Greek and vegetarian ? How is that possible ?)
- ...am no smoker, never smoked once.
- ...love pets but never had one of my own.
- ...have fallen in love with Scandinavia and the northern lights.
- ...always say yes to a cup of coffee, tea or a good beverage.
- ...like to see nature, mountains, do hikes and more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well for two reasons.

1. Sarcastic approach :
Are you for real ? Why on Couchsurfing? I'm surprised that the question was not something like "Why am I breathing ?". Many people use it but how many really know how it came to existence ? It's one of the most inspiring stories I have ever read. And it's a real story. Please, just Google it. Immediately!!!

2. Original approach
I finally managed to be independent and have my own place which is good for hosting. Hotels and hostels are fine but meeting, hosting, surfing and interacting with people from all over the world while exchanging stories and ideas in different houses is on another level.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can share with you a bit about my culture, traveling experiences, and traditions. If you're interested in travelling, I'd be happy to share what I know and to provide you with some insights. I also enjoy sharing tips on how to come to Switzerland and Greece, what to see and where as well as sharing ideas about investing and traveling.

Learn:
We all constantly learn ! And then I realise every single time that I know way too little. But nevertheless I keep exploring and learning. Keep going 💪🏾

Share:
Is there anything better than sharing coffee or a beer ? Of course! Stories to tell, adventurous tales and experiences, of which some we wish to repeat, some we would love to forget and some we hope we will never have 🤭

Oh and my magnificent personality of course. How could I forget that...

- Good Beers
- Stories from the past
- Point of view from a greek Guy living abroad (spoil alert: The greek guy is me...)
