HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can offer one very small couch, and one very comfortable floor to sleep on. If You let me know about Your visit in advance, I may be able to organize some mattresses.

Interests

One of my biggest passions is sailing both sea and inland. It is a fantastic adventure which teaches resourcefulness, responsibility and respect the forces of nature. And this feeling of freedom when You set sails and take course towards horizon...
I also love to cook, experiment with new dishes and try specialties of local cuisines. Live octopuses in Korea, silk worms in China or beating snake's heart in Vietnam - there is nothing I wouldn't try.
And last but not least - photography. My camera accompanies me during all travels, providing a proof of experienced adventures.

Music, Movies, and Books

Good old rock like Rolling Stones, AC DC, Metallica and many others. Maybe I am not a specialist in this topic, but I really like to listen to a good piece of rock music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled to China and back by train. Transsiberian railway, Mongolian steppe and Far East in Chinese edition. Two months of a lifetime adventure.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show You my city and region. We can visit one of the biggest breweries in Poland which is about 500m from my place, or go to a former Nazi death camp in Auschwitz. I can take You to a nearby lake where we can sail, or we can go to Beskidy mountains and hike during a weekend. Many options, just tell me what interest You.
You will also be able to try some Polish and regional dishes as I love to cook. Polish cuisine maybe is not the most known in the world but believe me, we have some delicacies which You will enjoy.
