ABOUT ME

i graduated from the university of wisconsin green bay with a degree in human biology - nutrition.
food is my passion. i love anything to do with agriculture, cooking, food politics, nutrition, and eating.

i've worked as a barista, a w2 envelope stuffer, a custodian, an organic farm intern, and will be soon working with the foodcorps to spread the love of food to kids everywhere.

currently i am living in tobaccoville, nc finishing up an internship with harmony ridge farms. in september my partner and i will be moving up the coast to new london, ct for my foodcorps position.

i love to blade, listen to electro, and train mma.
i'm a bit old fashioned.
