I live by a simple philosophy that narrows down to this; care for the world, and it will care for you. My life is guided by that and the Golden Rule. My ultimate goal is to learn and then teach how to live a self-sustaining life without harming the planet and it's inhabitants.

Intereses

The way nature knows fascinates me. Studying ecology and how it all works together is my passion. We're bent on destroying the planet and no matter how silly I find myself saying this sometimes, I need to do my part in protecting it. In one way or another my life always revolves around that.
Ethnobotany is also an important field. I think there's a lot more to learn about plants and how different cultures use their native plants for healing and enlightenment (entheogens). I hope to one day hike through some of the Amazonian rainforest and log some of that information so it can never be lost, and more importantly, so it can be used to heal the western man.

Learning about mountain top removal for the first time sparked the initial need to help protect the earth. I couldn't believe we are at a point in time when we think we have the right to tear apart whole mountain formations. After that, not even being charged 9 dollars for entering a beach shocks me. I take it all in and keep moving forward with a dream of creating a better world for us all where enjoying nature is free and access to clean, organic food is easily attainable. Global sustainability is where it's at!
