ABOUT ME

"random and spontaneous"
I am all over the map. In more than one way. I grew up in Toronto but I spent all of my summers in Europe traveling with my family. Now since going aboard on exchange during university I haven't been able to stay put in one place for too long.
As for profession, I cant decide between sailing and architecture. I taught sailing and delivered boats. Now I'm working in an architecture office.... well until the summer, which I plan to spend on a boat somewhere:).
I'm open to new things and ideas, the more I experience the better I'll be prepared. I rarely take the easy way, going from A to B without seeing C is just not my way.(I love layovers, transfers, changes, ect.)

Change is one of the greatest things. It keeps people on their feet and aware...

Leave the house before you find something worth staying in for...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My couch is your couch. well don't have a couch at the moment but I do have space for surfers to crash.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Before couch surfing there where friend's and family's floors, Park/City benches, Train/Bus stations, Airports, Lobbies, waiting rooms, and beaches, surfed them all. Now with couch surfing I've surfed as East as Moscow, as West & South as Las Vegas, and as North as Riga. I love it and I'm going to keep it up for a long time.

Movies- I like films that make you think and spark some thought,but mindless entertainment is also good once in awhile but it has to be well done. recently watched
Oldboy

Music- something that stimulates the ears. I prefer Indie, rock, and electro. but you'll find everything else on my play list as well. not a fan of country .
Books- well I studied architecture so I love picture books.

Spending 32 days in a space the size of your average bedroom and in an environment similar to the inside of your washing machine with 3 other people. Might not sound appealing but I loved it. I was delivering a sail boat across the Atlantic from Miami to Liverpool.
