ABOUT ME

I definately have a love for life. I enjoy things that make me feel alive. I'm into outdoors activities like spearfishing, biking and camping.
I love live music and music festivals and intend to attend a lot of these around the world.
I love good food and good drinks be it beer, wine, cocktails or the local creations.

I'm into trying everything a couple of times and I love to have new experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

Do unto others is one of my key tenets. I don't believe in any particular religion but I feel there is something greater than us that we will never know. I am an avid reader of science journals(the kind that put things in layman terms though) and I try to keep up to date with everything I can because knowledge is important to understand the world around us. I think life should be a balance of Intellectual and Physical health and growth though I'm not averse to losing myself from time to time.

I intend on spreading the CS word to everyone good I meet around the world.
When I next have a house I'd like to host some surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Before I found this website I've stayed with friends, friends of friends and bare acquaintances all over Australia. Loved every minute of it and had many a good time with people who've become long term friends. I've had many a person stay at one of my old homes in Sydney on their travels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going through the Atlas mountains in Morocco we took a wrong turn and ended up going through small villages surrounded by rock huts with satellite dishes on the roofs. The area is full of the original Bedouin people and when school ended the streets were suddenly swarmed with hundreds of kids who jump out in front of your car trying to run you off the road to ransack your car. With a cliff face on one side and a drop on the other all you can do is slow down and drive hoping they will(which they did) jump away at the last second. At once a beautiful incredible place with just enough terror to make you really appreciate the beauty.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to freedive, snorkel and spearfish. I'm still learning much about these because you never know everything.
I'm great at cooking seafood and good at a fair few other meals. I'm also an accredited ESL teacher though anyone else who is will know it's not that hard.
