Hi! I graduated from the University of South Dakota with a degree in Business Marketing. After graduation, I took a job with an ad agency. After spending 6 months in the corporate world, I tapped into my millennial roots and had an epiphany (while in Bozeman, MT) -- no longer was I going to waste my life's energy doing something that didn't have my heart. I made the conscious decision to ride the tide of happiness.

Most of my days are filled with slinging kettlebells around, stretching my head in yoga, and playing with my 2 year old German Shepherd, Boone.
